A place where ancient latvians had defined solstice coming and a place where they have executed many kind of festive rituals.

Bitarīnkalns – it is a cult observatory for ancient latvians. It was a place where wisely people  had an ability to tell time when the winters’ and summers’ solstice is coming. They prayed for benevolence in different kind of situations. They told what kind of jobs others had to do.

Till nowadays there have been remained rocks, because  rocks are the most ancient nature objects and they keep in themselves lot of strength. Bitarīnkalna rocks are slowly coming out of ground.
